Callum loves to read his books about horses. He makes noises like them and has learned the sign for horse as well. We went to a movie recently with him, and he was ecstatic during a scene with horses, he was laughing and gasping and bouncing around because he was so excited about them. Bonnie let us come visit her two horses one night, so Callum had his own private petting zoo. He was a bit intimidated and wanted to stay close to Dad, but he really enjoyed seeing these massive versions of the pictures in his book.
After Dad took Callum for his first ride on the lawn tractor a few weeks ago, he has frequently signed "Dad" and "tractor" when Dad is at work, while looking outside to see if that is where Dad is. Callum LOVES riding around the yard with Dad, and "driving" the tractor. He can't get enough of being with Dad.
