We found out on September 1 that Bradley's job was moved to New Jersey. This caused quite a stir at the McLeod household. Maren started a whirlwind of activity that got our house ready to put on the market by Monday, September 17. We had our first showing on Tuesday, an offer on Wednesday, and we accepted it on Thursday. We were astounded by the speed at which our house sold! We truly felt our Heavenly Father's hand in the whole situation. We prayed fervently to know if moving to New Jersey was the right thing for our family, and we felt that this was his way of telling us YES with no uncertainty.
Callum spent a lot of time at his friends' houses during these few weeks while Mommy worked many hours on the house (special thanks to Aimee Sue, Miss Nicki, Noona, Louis, Bethany, Joey, Katie, Josh, and Andy!). We took a break with our friends Katie, Josh, and Andy to go to the Four Town Fair in Ellington. Callum thoroughly enjoyed the animals and feeding Dad a giant chicken on a stick.
Grandma Maureen came out to visit for her birthday, and went out to the Big E with Mommy and Callum.
