Dad Gets Older, Callum Gets Cuter and Shows Off His Heritage

Daddy took the day off for his birthday and we all went to Cracker Barrel together for lunch.  Callum loved looking around at everything and had a great time.  We sat right next to the fireplace, which he always likes to look at when at home.

Brad has long wanted a kilt to show off his Scottish heritage.  Maren started the family wardrobe with a wonderful McLeod clan kilt for Callum!  It came complete with a "sporran" (it's not a purse, it's a man bag!), and "flashes" for his socks to make them decorative.  He had a fabulous black vest that made the whole ensemble really come together.  We also think he could easily win a "bonnie knees" contest for men in kilts that we saw at a Scottish festival!  Mommy said that Dad could also order himself a kilt as part of his present, coming soon...
