Halloween Fun

We were determined to put on our costumes for Halloween, even though we couldn't go anywhere except our own street.  We decided to say hello to a few neighbors just for fun and to share Callum's cute costume.  We drove to a neighbor around the corner, and had to go under three downed power lines and a large tree just to go that far, so we decided it was good that Dad had stayed home from work.

The Fall Festival at church had been scheduled for the night of the big storm, so it was re-scheduled to November 11.  We invited our friends Lisa, Liam, and Maeve and had a great time with them.  Everyone was relieved to be out, and we all compared notes on who had power and who didn't.  The McLeod family was thrilled to get power after eight days without it!  Callum posed with lots of friends that night for pictures.
